Joseph Galan
Owner
Joseph is the founder and owner of Signature Title Professionals. His successful business values have helped build a strong foundation for his company since 2008, made of honesty, integrity, and compassion. His success in the company has helped countless clients in their transaction needs. Joseph believes that good communication is not only a fundamental part of successful closings, but it is also the building block to having long-term relationships.
Joseph holds a degree in sales and marketing and has his real estate and general contractor’s license. Joseph is inspired daily by his wife, Catalina and his two children.

Catalina Galan
Director of Operations
Catalina has been working with the company for the past five years and brings over nine years of industry experience. She is the backbone of the company and encourages her team daily to be the best versions of themselves. Wearing many hats and taking on additional duties when needed, Catalina has built a positive culture in the company that is driven by a unique set of values. She is inspired by her team's success and supports collaboration amongst them. One of her favorite parts of her job is interacting with her team and building relationships with clients.
When asked what the best advice you could give someone looking for a title company is, she replied, "To find one that has a good reputation, one that knows how to communicate and take a passion in what they do."

Kristeen Ulch
Kristeen has been our dedicated Closer at Signature Title Professionals for the past eight years and has over ten years of experience in the industry. Before coming to our company, she worked in accounts receivable for thirteen years. Kristeen enjoys being hands-on with our clients during their purchase transactions, especially when they are first-time home buyers. Her foundation of kindness and appreciation for others make her a valuable asset to our company and essential to our customer's closing experience.

Kacey Loving
Kacey is a Processor/Closer at Signature Title Professionals and has proudly served our clients for the past year. A native of Orlando, she is guided by integrity, collaboration, and personal growth in everything she does.
She processes real estate transactions with strong attention to detail and a commitment to making each closing experience seamless and efficient for clients. With a background in Paralegal Studies, Kacey brings valuable legal knowledge and insight to her role, helping to ensure accuracy and smooth
communication throughout the transaction process.

Paola Villasmil
Paola, aka "Pao," was born and raised in Maracaibo, Venezuela. As a Processor, she plays an important role in helping transactions move smoothly from contract to closing. Her background in customer service, combined with her commitment to loyalty, kindness, and honesty, makes her a trusted resource for both clients and team members alike.
When asked what inspires her most about her work, Paola shared that helping others achieve their goals is what motivates her every day. She takes pride in supporting clients throughout the closing process and helping create a positive experience from start to finish.
Outside of work, Paola enjoys traveling, watching movies, and spending time with family and friends.

Maria, originally from Brazil, has been living in Florida for the past eight years and brings three years of experience in customer-facing roles. Guided by honesty and a genuine desire to help others, Maria is committed to providing exceptional service and creating positive interactions for every client she meets.
